All the Flats are self contained, well furnished and equipped.
The Flats are all electric, controlled by £1 meters (standard tariff).
Included in each Flat are:-

- toilet and washbasin.
- colour TV, with freeview set top box
- DAB Radio
- Double-glazed windows
Night storage heaters are installed throughout the main building and in all the flats (inclusive in tariff). Duvets and feather pillows are provided, bed linen (bottom sheets) can be hired.
Wheel chairs welcome by prior arrangement (can be hired if available).
We can provide parking space for one car per Flat.
There is a washing machine available for use (see tariff).
