By Car - From M5 junction 31 Continue onto A38, then A30. Follow signs for A3022 to Torquay.
At Torquay seafront turn right for Paignton. Follow the A3022 to Paignton staying in left lane following signs for the Seafront, (Esplanade Road). Pass the Apollo Cinema and go to the end of Esplanade Road, turn right at a mini roundabout into Sands Road. Kimberley located 40 yards on right hand side.
