This modern purpose built (ex owners) apartment is at the rear of the house, comprises of a lounge/diner with 3 piece suite, 28" w/s TV with PVR recorder. A bedroom with twin divans, bathroom with bath and shower etc.
Has a large kitchen with filtered drinking water on tap, fridge/freezer and washing machine.... leading through to a bedroom upstairs with a king-size double bed. Constant hot water is included in the tariff.
